SUGGESTIONS FOR EMPLOYERS TO PREVENT SEXUAL HARASSMENT

  1. Try not to do anything that would embarrass you or your organization.
  2. Distribute a policy against sexual harassment.
  3. Distribute a procedure for complaining about sexual harassment.
  4. Take prompt appropriate remedial action.
  5. Do not retaliate against the victim.
